The firsts, played Ellis for the second time this season. We had put 100 points on them in November, but this time were held to a nailbiting 78-5 win. Tries were scored by James Lovegrove (3, despite a few rest stops on the touchline), Go (2 – welcome back), Mal (2), Ryota (2), Appsy (2) Doogs (only one?!) & Jeff. Fraser slotted 9 conversions, and now grunts louder than Monica Seles hitting a backhand when he kicks.
The gents went down 19-36 to a strong London Japanese side. Al Ferris scored two tries & Ricky Nakamura scored one and converted two.
